Does Karikya have a mobile app — how do I download it on Android?

Yes, Karikya has an Android app — but it's downloaded directly from the website as an APK, not from the Play Store, since Google restricts betting apps on its platform. To download it, log in to Karikya and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Android app link. Before installing, enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your phone's settings — this is only needed during installation and can be turned off afterwards. iOS users can open the site in Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen" to get an app-like icon. If you need help, live chat support will walk you through it step by step.

I made a payment but my balance hasn't updated — how long should I wait?

Payments made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your balance within 1 to 5 minutes, provided the transaction ID is submitted correctly. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, first check that the transaction ID was pasted accurately — even a single wrong digit will cause a problem. If the issue persists, take the transaction ID to live chat. The Karikya support team manually verifies and resolves it within 15 minutes. If a payment fails, the amount is automatically returned to your mobile wallet within 1 hour — no request needed.

About the Karikya Platform

Karikya stands apart in Bangladesh's online gaming scene — and for good reason. Everything on the platform is built with Bangladeshi players in mind. Whether you're placing your very first online bet or you've been at it for years, the experience feels equally intuitive and comfortable.

Interface — Simple Yet Powerful

Karikya's interface is built on a "fewer clicks, more done" philosophy. Live match odds appear the moment you land on the homepage, the bet slip stays visible in the sidebar at all times, and the search bar pulls up games or matches instantly as you type. With all menu labels available in Bengali, new users can navigate the platform with ease.

In the Live Casino section, all tables are displayed in a grid layout — showing available seats, minimum bet, and the current dealer, all on one screen. This makes it much easier to find a spot when the Live Casino is busy.

Sports Betting — Bangladesh-Focused Markets

Karikya's Sports Betting section features dedicated markets for every Bangladesh cricket team match. Beyond just the match winner, you can bet on the toss, the time of the first wicket, the top run-scorer, and more. That depth of coverage is why cricket-loving bettors in Bangladesh have a particular affinity for this platform.

In football, you can bet on the Premier League, La Liga, and the Champions League, as well as the Bangladesh Premier League and India's I-League. The e-sports section covers CS2, Valorant, DOTA2, and Mobile Legends betting — a category that's rapidly gaining popularity, especially among younger players.

Live Casino — The Real Casino Feel

Live tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play are integrated directly into Karikya. At the Baccarat tables, professional dealers greet players in Bengali as well. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — these South Asian favourites being available on Karikya is a major draw for players in Bangladesh.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your gaming data, betting history, and account information on the Karikya platform are stored fully encrypted at all times. No personal information is shared with any third party. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read more.

Performance — Where Others Struggle on Slow Networks

Internet speeds vary greatly across Bangladesh — outside Dhaka, many areas still rely on 3G or even 2G. Karikya's platform is built with this reality in mind. Game images and videos load progressively using lazy loading, so pages remain functional even on slow connections.

Live Casino streams automatically adjust video quality on low bandwidth connections, so there's no buffering. It may sound like a small thing, but losing your connection mid-game when real money is on the line is a serious problem — one Karikya's technology has solved.

Security — Your Money & Data, Both Protected

Karikya runs two layers of security. First, all communication between the website and app is SSL-encrypted — meaning no one can intercept your data in transit. Second, two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on every account, so knowing the password alone isn't enough to log in. Together, these two measures bring the risk of account compromise down to virtually zero.
