Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered final once you click the "Place Bet" button on the bet slip. If a bet fails to register due to a technical error or app crash, Karikya will verify the outcome by reviewing server logs.
Odds Changes: Once a bet is placed, any subsequent odds movement will not affect it — your bet stands at the odds you accepted. However, in live betting, if the odds change at the exact moment your bet is submitted, the updated odds may apply.
If a match is cancelled before it begins, or abandoned after it starts but before the minimum required time has elapsed, stakes for bets on that match are generally refunded. In parlay bets, the abandoned match is counted with odds of 1.00.
Betting Limits: Karikya reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, which may vary based on the market, event, and account history. If an unusually large bet is placed on any market, Karikya may reject or restrict that bet.
Erroneous Odds: If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake and a bet is accepted at those odds, Karikya reserves the right to void that bet or adjust it to the correct odds.

Payment method ownership: All deposits and withdrawals on Karikya must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account may result in the transaction being cancelled and your account being placed under investigation.
Withdrawal Prerequisites: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals below ৳5,000 may be possible without KYC, but it is mandatory for larger amounts.

Bonus Abuse: If Karikya determines that a bettor has opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses, engaged in coordinated betting, or exploited bonuses by any other means, Karikya reserves the right to void those bonuses and suspend the account.

When Karikya may suspend an account:
Balance of a suspended account: If an account is closed for rule violations, Karikya will make a decision on whether to return the balance after completing its investigation. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases. Actual deposited funds are generally returned if there is no evidence of fraud.
